• Payment Information: Billing address and payment card details. (Note: All payment transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateway. Realaway LLC does not directly store your full credit card number on our servers).
• Usage Data: Website analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and engagement metrics with our marketing emails or SMS communications.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to enforce our Terms & Conditions, or to protect the safety and rights of our guests and property.

2.4 SMS Communications & Compliance

By providing your mobile number and by selecting the consent checkbox on the bookings checkout page, you agree to receive transactional and marketing SMS messages from Realaway. Guests may receive SMS messages prior to, during, and after their stay; message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. We will not share or sell subscriber information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time.
