Grand Opening — Flat Utilities Fee FREE

Year‑round rate for all months except June & July.

Utilities Fee: FREE during Grand Opening (regularly $150/mo: 30/50‑amp electric, water, sewer, trash, Wi‑Fi).
Taxes/fees added as applicable at checkout.
First month due at booking; future months bill on the same calendar day.

Length of stay: Up to 179 consecutive nights (per registration and per calendar year).
No residency: Realaway cannot be used as a domicile (no DL, voter reg, school enrollments, or USPS change‑of‑address to the park). Primary residence proof may be requested; no P.O. boxes.
Rig standards: RVs should be model year ≤10 years old; older rigs require prior photo approval. Must be clean, operable, and code‑compliant.
Occupancy: Up to 2 adults + 2 children per site unless pre‑approved. Max 2 vehicles; overflow by permit when available.
PETS: Leashed, attended, picked up; behavior‑based policy—no aggressive behavior. Vaccinations may be requested.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm–7:00 am.
Payments: Due on your billing day; late fee after 3‑day grace period. Monthly rates are not prorated after check‑in; non‑refundable after term begins (except as required by law).
Prohibited: Subletting, public‑facing businesses, hazardous materials, illegal activity, or tampering with utilities.
